Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at www.mottandbow.us. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing and delivery of your orders, including domestic and international shipping, tracking, shipping protection, and delivery issues.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it promptly. Please allow a short processing period before shipment. If you see a mistake in your order or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at help@mottandbow.us. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer multiple shipping options for domestic orders:
- Basic Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–8 business days;
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–6 business days;
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–4 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your email. You may also visit our tracking page and enter your order number, email address, or tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress. If you have difficulty tracking your order, you can also contact the carrier directly (for example, USPS or UPS).
4. Shipping Protection (Domestic)
During checkout, you may have the option to purchase Shipping Protection. This protects eligible orders from loss or damage during transit. To file a claim for a protected order that was lost or damaged in transit, email us at help@mottandbow.us. Shipping Protection must be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added later. Shipping Protection charges are non-refundable.
Shipping protection does not cover orders with incorrect or invalid addresses entered at checkout. Certain items may be excluded from coverage. If your order includes excluded items, only the eligible items will be covered by the protection.
5. International Shipping
We offer shipping to many international destinations. During checkout you can select your country from the international menu. International shipping options typically include:
- Standard international shipping, generally delivered in 2–10 business days;
- Express international shipping, generally delivered within 2–3 business days but may take up to 8 days in some cases.
6. Import Fees, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information, a shipping cost of $30 USD may be billed to the customer. If you request re-shipping of the package, you will be charged half of this amount ($15 USD), and we will cover the other half.
8. Delivery Issues
In the event your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please allow the carrier a reasonable period for delivery. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at help@mottandbow.us and we will assist with next steps.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot modify, change, or intercept a package once an order has been placed and shipped. However, if you notice a mistake in your order details immediately after placing the order, contact us right away and we will attempt to assist.
